Spoofing of IP address with a custom one is not really going to work. If you do so then, you will not get benefit of it. As http responses to that IP rather than yours. But, yes if someone use your IP for spoofing, you might become the victim of DDoS attack (Distributed Denial of Service). To secure your IP from this, you have to extra take care of your router configuration.

Let’s take a scenario to understand this, suppose your IP address is 172.0.9.19 and you are sending a login request to Facebook. You have spoofed your IP to 52.53.53.20, in that scenario Facebook will send the response to 52.53.53.20 not to 172.0.9.19. So, spoofing of IP with custom one match to someone IP is not benefit to anyone, it like a waste of time.

If you want to hide or secure your IP. Also, some cases might you want to access a particular website or some services, which restricted to that country only. In that case you could use proxy servers or VPN services, they made to perform such tasks. You will get the pool of IPs for required country to perform the desired task.

Let’s understand this with an example. Suppose, if you try to open godaddy.com in India, you can’t open that website without the help of proxies or VPN services, because by default it will redirect to Indian website (domain) in.godaddy.com. Also, people use the VPN services for the security point of you. It’s provide a secure tunnel to server the data.

If you are looking for such proxy websites or VPN services than take a look below:

In your day to day activity, you might require to upload products in bulk for any management portal, affiliate website or share the images in excel to use further. Suppose, we have saved our images in a centralized repository like “Dropbox” and we have to create a shareable link for each one of the 1000 products one by one. It is difficult for anyone to sustain this job.

Here we have tried to create a short route for you to create all images/files link in bulk which can be easily accessible by excel. So, simply follow the below steps to generate links in bulk.

Objective

  • Short route to generate drop box links for multiple images/files
  • Easily accessible in excel
  • Easy to handle for future prospective
  • Time saving
  • Partially automate the process

#Step 1
Go to any browser (I have tested in Chrome). Login to your Dropbox account and select the desired folder, where you have kept all images/file which needs to create a shareable link in bulk. After that click on “Share” button further on click on “Copy Link”. Refer to the below screenshot for your reference:

dropbox share box

dropbox link copy

link format

#Step 2
Now logout the Dropbox account and paste the link into the address bar to access content. Select the Images/files to generate the link. Review the screenshot below for your reference:

copy the content

#Step 3
Now copy the selected items and paste into excel sheet. After that add header on the first row like we have added “Image Name”. You add the header name according to your choice.

Now select the entire column (sometimes all data not comes in range due to blank row in between the rows) and apply the filter and remove “Blank” rows.

paste the content in excel

#Step 4
Now we will use the VBA code to extract dropbox links. Use the below codes snippet for same.

Sub GenerateLinks()
Dim url As Hyperlink
On Error Resume Next
For Each url In ActiveSheet.Hyperlinks
url.Range.Offset(0, 1).Value = url.Address
Next
End Sub

Q. Where to put this code?
A. Go to your excel sheet and press Alt + F11 for windows in order to open the “VBA Editor”. Once VBA editor will open then go the Menu navigation > Insert (select Insert Menu) > Module (click on module).

Now you will see a blank page, just paste the aforesaid code here and save. Now we finally press F5 or click manually on the “Run” icon to run these codes in order to extract the codes. Refer the below screenshot for your reference.

Now output should look like below image.

Creating a backup

The mysqldump command is used to create MySQL database backup. These backup files contain all the SQL commands which required to recreate the database from scratch along with the data. The process is quick and easy to use.

Simply use the below command to create the backup for single database:

mysqldump database_name > database_name.sql

or

mysqldump -u [uname] -p[pass] database_name > db_backup.sql.gz

Use the below command to create the backup in compress format. It will be helpful incase your database size is bigger.

mysqldump database_name | gzip > database_name.sql

or

mysqldump -u [uname] -p[pass] database_name | gzip > db_backup.sql.gz

Multiple database backup command:

mysqldump --databases database_one database_two > multi_databases.sql

or

mysqldump -u [uname] -p[pass] --databases database_1 database_2 > multi_databases.sql

Backup command for all the databases on the server:

mysqldump --all-databases > all_db_backup.sql

or

mysqldump -u [uname] -p[pass] --all-databases > all_db_backup.sql

Take the backup of the particular table of a specific database:

mysqldump database_name table1 table2 > tables_backup.sql

or

mysqldump -u [uname] -p[pass] database_name table1 table2 > tables_backup.sql

Restore the backup

As backup files are just a SQL commands, so we can restore the database backup very easily by using below command:

mysql database_name < database_name.sql

or

mysql database_name < database_name.sql.gz
